As a Russian I hoped that one day the international judicial system will be used against Putin and his regime. Now when I see how the international law is being misapplied in Israel's case, I feel totally disilusioned. It is all seems to be about politics and not justice.

As a one-time teacher of the language, I feel qualified to state that your facility with the language is better than the average Joe Bloggs on Britain's High Streets. If you are more familiar with American English, that's Joe Doe on Main Street. I think it was an Irishman (O. Wilde) who once said: The English & the Americans have everything in common except the language. Ah, well, I'll finish by reminding everyone that I try to avoid idiomatic English like the plague!

It's stretching credulity beyond breaking point that the Lebanese President of the ICJ has not seen fit to recuse himself. Knowing just a little bit about the workings of the ICJ (+ICC) at the Hague, I wonder if the splendid Ms Housdorf of Counsel speaks French, which seems to be a prerequisite for those siting on the Bench and practising at the Bar at the Hague. My old chum at the Bar Council is a bilingual chap called Philippe Sands KC. Does Ms Housdorf know the him, I wonder.
this lady deserve a knighthood or damehood, for the work she is doing for isreal and her people, too bad jolly king charlie is no where to be found, in fact i think the whole royal family has gone into hiding over important issues these days. they need to get back to what their lives are suppose be and that is rulers of the england and the common wealth, or loose their royal titles completely .....................
I’m surprised that the arrest warrants can be issued without any notification. I would have thought Israel has a right to contest the approval of an arrest warrant.
Natasha is a great representative for Isreal. My opinion about the ICJ an ICC is quite simple, just ignore the ICJ it's corrupted to the core. I stand with Isreal 🇮🇱✌️
have lots of reservations about the value of international law application in this conflict or maybe others. On one hand it is designed to prevent unnecessary bloodshed. It looks like it's not serving its purpose. When the side that is responsible for the attack is doing everything to inflict as much pain on civilians for years, in fact it's been a successful tactic for them and it's my personal persuasion that In a war, when you have been attacked you actually want to inflict as much pain as possible to shorten the duration of it and insure your prevailing and preventing any attempts from the entity you are fighting in the future to try it again, your enemy has to think twice about it if not completely rethink this approach. However with the international law and pressure applied to a party at defence it will not happen. I am not a lawyer, of course, but this has to be a conversation today.
