Shilpa ne bilkul sahi note kiya. Sajji ko smoke pe pakate ha aur iss ko pakne mai time lagta hai. Ye traditional balochi dish hai. Pehle sirf balochistan wale iss ko khaatey theiy leken last 20 years se ye poore pakistan mai famous ho gaya hai. Ab ye har city mai mil jaati hai. Sajji mai mirchein nahi hoti itni. Light masala hota hai aur normally iss ke saath 2 foot lamba naan serve hota hai.

Mark ne apne blog post mai likha hai ke 5600 rs mai unhon ne do karahi mangwai, rotiyan aur 6 logon ke liye drinks bhi liye. Sab chezon ki price 5600 mai included hai. Pakistan mai restaurant mai khane ke baad bill pe thora sa tax bhi add karte hai. Butt karahi thori mehangi hai because sab se famous hai lahore mai. Oopar se quality and fresh ingredients. Aur inho ne Air conditioned hall mai beth ke khaaya. Karahi waise bhi pakistan mai 1500 plus hi hoti hai

Wo dosra larka Mark ka bhai nahi hai haha. Woh toh white hai, gora hai aur wo Mark ke liye kaam karta hai shoot karne mai help karta hai. Mark khud to half gora hai aur half chinese. Uss ke papa white hai aur mama chinese. Issi liye thora mix sa lagta hai

They started from the morning to till late night and they tasted only not eaten too much and 2nd the Price's which you are calculating as per head but indeed there were 5 people's that's y little bit Price's up in some dishes and that castly karaie's were little bit castly because of famous restaurant but if u eat same from other restaurants then that Price's will be 1500 to 2000/3000

After fish they had Sajji , it is Balochi dish : chicken with skin done on very low flame and Shilipa was correct it takes 45-60 mins to cook and Khrishna is rightly about dryness. during cooking no species are used apart from salt and before serving seasoning with garam masala + chat masala + lemon is optional for Lahore ppl. but Authentic one just has salt.

Hi Krishna and Shilpa In 2nd part of video they visited "Butt Karahi" (for mutton and desi chicken karahi). Both karahi are prepared in Kg's weight. The total bill of 5600 PKR means (2kg of mutton and 1 kg for chicken and other beverages ). 2nd they visited "Siddique Fish Corner", around 600PK /kg fish is available. The fish is fried in "sarson oil" and the chapati you guys called in video is actaully Naaan another form of "Rooti" but made with Wheat flour (Atta, Maida) and the source "Apricot" made.

3rd they visited "Khalifa Sajji" Sajji is Balochi dish made with chicken, mutton. They tried Chicken Sajji the whole chicken is prepared on the heat of coil with rice filled in it. There are different kind of Sajji preparation recipes.

Keeping in mind the prices...we have several variants of the same thing..for example if you buy chat from a street vender..you can get it in PKR 40-60..but if you buy it from a proper shop it may cost PKR 120..and if you buy it from a restaurant it can cost up to PKR 300

fish k sath nan or fish chatni thi, or wo fish kg k hisab se charge krty hain 210 sahi tha. 10 ka to sirf nan hi ata hai. or sweetpatato k zyda paise lyliye hain woh 50 k bhi mil jaty hain😂 and jo bike wala rickshaw tha usme total 6 log beth jaty hain. Sajji BBQ smoked style mein bnti hai usky sath hi rice milty hain. 5600 wala meal jo tha isliye zyda Expensive tha kion k service and food quality wahan ki achi hai, sath unho ne kafi drinks or nan bhi order kiye thy or kuch charges resturant k bhi hoty hain per person k hisab se..

Bhai they ordered 1.5 kg of Karahi's chicken and mutton include the price of meat its nearly 700 rupees per kg of Mutton. Chicken was desi and desi chicken is higher in price. Both the karahi's were almost 3 kg. So the price was fine with other dishes including the dinner.

Fish Price per killo is Rs. 780 (mentioned at shop) so you can decide Rs. 400 per person or for 4-5 pp.. Chicken price included Rice as well . Butt Karachi is very famous in Lahore and price Rs.56xx is for food for all people. Pakistan is more economical than India.. once he would be in Karachi you will get prices more cheaper. notice family joined only inside restaurants e.g. Butt and Baba G so bills for other food items are less due to this. Note: it is very common in Punjab area to have meat selection by self and order to cook , Jo portion khanay ka dil hey wohi order karoo apni ankhon ke samnay...

Butt karachi laxshmi chawk pe he. Chicken karahi hi 1800 tk ki he or naan drinks alag. Mutton 2500 se strt hoti he. As compared to others butt karahi mehnga he. But meat unique he butter main banta he. 5600 price sb khane ki drinks naan k sath blkul thk he.

Fish is in kg price 750 per kg aur last wala chiken saji price 600 per full sajii becuse it has rice and take a lot time mutton in pakistan is a little expensive so butt karai price bill was high and desi chicken also very costly as u know it takes a lot time to cook. And lassi ( chass) price is 120 to 150 pkr

Lahore lahore hy bhai. Khan baba resturent bohat purana hy chowk chaburji main hy yeh in ki har dish lajawab hoti hy. Desi ghee use karte hain yeh har dish main or price k lehaz se jo b food unhon ne khaya bilkul thek price thi. Hum b lahore k hain to price bilkul fit thi agar thori mehangi b hy to khane ka mayar b bht acha hy in ka.

As you know that when you go ta a restaurant, you had to pay for the actual food and the other items, like salad, nan, water, yogurt, etc. Then the final bill comes out. that's what happened here with both Karai's coz mutton is expensive and also the chicken was Desi.
