International Loadstar 1600 4x4 for a daily??? 

I ran a 1965 1700 series 4x4 as a daily driver/grocery getter. It had the Howe Bros. front differential, full floating axles, a Detroit locker in the rear. I loved the ol girl. Rust finally caused the demise of it... Was the slowest vehicle I have ever driven...7:17 gears in it...but it got me out of anything that I put it through.. Slowly but assuredly... I had it insured for "pleasure use only ", which drove the D.O..T. inspectors nuts...

I hope parts are going to be easy to find we have a couple 1980s International trucks and we cannot find parts for them another friend had 1 1980s International and could not even find a distributer he had to go with a aftermarket and had a h*** getting it hooked up But that would make a sweet daily driver if you could get it reliable and parts are easy to find at your local part store
