Internet Base/Rover RTK with RTK2go, Trimble R12/R12i receivers, and Trimble Access 2022 

Setting up Trimble Access to use RTK2go to perform an internet RTK base/rover survey with R12/R12i receivers. RTK2Go only works with Access 2022.01 and earlier versions. Update: Use RTCM RTK instead of CMRx as the broadcast format!
