It's weird seeing the band, apart from Daniel, on stage without their suits on! I love the way this song just continues to build the whole time. Interpol are masters of using dynamic shifts in their songwriting.
Yeah I saw them live around this time, it does remind me of the vibe of the show. Off the back of Carlos leaving it did feel like there was a lack of energy and unity. Paul was wearing this same outfit at my show and had a mullet haircut. I remember the keyboardist carrying a LOT of the vocals. The highlight was definitely Pajo - specifically him shredding the bassline for 'Success'
