The epic tale of travel through central Utah is one of history and relentless endurance in one of the most remote and desert environments in the United States. From early native peoples, including the famous Ute and Fremont natives, to modern highway infrastructure developments and the creation of Interstate 70, the story of this isolated region of the country crosses incredible geological regions. Crossing through the San Rafael Swell, in particular, was one of the greatest engineering feats of the modern day.
In this video, I share stories of travel through Utah and parts of Colorado's Rocky Mountains and the increasing demand for better routes and roads as technology improved and time went on. If you enjoyed this video, please make sure to like and subscribe to my channel for more.
