FIR is filed, man spends time waiting for hearing, lower courts pass contrdictory judgements, man appeals in higher courts. Few years go by. Womans real motive - not justice, but to teach him a lesson. Mission accomplished. If man cannot afford SC or high tier advocate, he sadly accepts judgement of lower court. If he is acquitted he gets squat. Theres no system of compensating the victim here and no one wants to talk of it either, no one except reactively when it should be proactive after each acquittal. Not politicians, not activists, not lawyers, not judges, no one. Mras claim so many judgements as "landmark" when in reality it all means squat.

(Marriage) And sex is just a tool for that arrangement. It was never so, it was always a very good way of Bonding and intimacy. But I guess we have drifted too far away in the wrong direction. It is so sad to see that some indian women are trapping men exploiting their gender and laws. Also, glad that you are fighting for battered Indian men because this is wrong concept in our society that only women can be battered , not men . The fact is there are many married men living battered lives but cannot speak about it. surprisingly , relatives and friends witnessing abuse on a man do not do anything.
