Bhartiya nyay sanhita section 69 is one of them . The problem with the law is 1. If a boy doesn't agrees to marry after sex he will be punished with 10 years of jail. if a girl doesn't agrees to marry after sex ,then nothing?? 2. Any male can have sex with female employee if he promises job or promotion and he fullfills it.if he fails then 10 years of jail. where is the dignity and modesty of women?? what if a female promises for job and fails to give it????? Gender Neutral Laws 2.False case punishment 3.Men's commission 4.Gender neutral schemes Promise these 4 things in your manifesto and see amazing results. to a point I think this happens to soft guys. a normal guy will normally torture the female if she even tries to do anything harmful, be it mental health harmfull, or image damaging. the problem is men dont do any harm, but and also stopped showing signs of being dangerous. jeeska faydaa obviously, woo-men took. I know a relative above 70 years, who fell sick from shock, after a false blame by another female on some property dispute. he would had lived more than 80-85 years, but didn't.
i think i found a good loophole to this argument which is time constraint. so if any woman says to u tht this guy said marry me nd false claim then just say yeah i m ready to marry her but when i m 100 yrs old so she has to wait for tht long period of time or she can reject nd move on. there was no such thing as when u have to marry her in tht statement when u discussed about it. probably u also cant marry till tht time but this will be a good game where u will see who is more stubborn. obviously a tiny brain humans cannot win. finding loopholes is kinda fun game.
