Yeah I agree 100%. He is slick and silky as fuck. But whenever Pacho does that death stare at the camera, I legit get a chill down my spine.The most extreme and terrifying example is in the last episode when Felix is forcing Pacho to pay him in coke, the look Pacho gave Felix would make Al Pacino blush...Not many actors can use their eyes quite so powerfully...
