Saw Gary live in Birmingham, England last night and he was superb, the new album is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed that interview, comes over really well.
Gary's so modest and cool. He's such agreat guy and storyteller, to me he comes across as the musical underdog/ the outsider, which is perfect for me. His gigs are fucking amazing too, great stage presence. I want to see him in concert again.
I feel like I know Gary as a close friend. I had no idea he flew planes like that , his first guitar and what the #2 meant on the guitar too, no wonder I’ve always loved him and his music. Great musician!
I know I had the pleasure of meeting him free and got his signature. My 1rst of 4 shows total I love the band too then even more and the older music but the new too I am 41 too young old soul this dude is a legend I have Autism and OCD a driving force in my life a kick ass Interview love this!!!!!!
One of my favourite performers of any genre to hear in interview; so unaffected. Compare this with a '79/80's interview and his approach has barely changed. Legend.
Legend great Interview! I knew he was not a Synthesizer or Keyboard Champion but it did change his life. He is way better on Guitar always loves them but on another Interview he called himself a hack on Guitar lol.

Why do you assume that just because he is concerned about global warming that he has left wing views? Hes bashing trump on one issue, pulling out of the international attempt to combat global warming. It doesn't mean he's a leftie. Think before you speak.
EVERY. SINGLE. Government IN THE WORLD except the USA's current and temporary regime accepts that Global Warming is a fact and that whether man-made or not, it is something we must combat, urgently. That's EVERY government, from right wing to left, from fascist dictators to communists and everything in between. Even the USA oil industry's OWN STUDIES agree.
