I am not familiar with sheikh Asrar but I am with brother Ammar he is a for real islamic learnered brother and only propergates decency and true source of Quran and sunnah, So if he is in any Association with Sheikh Asrar then these both brothers are Bonafide, Great subject and background Knowledge, May Allah SWT bless you both, I'm going to hold my tongue in reacting to the haters here, Our cause is much bigger at this moment in history.

It depends who is the teacher ,because in seekers guidance various teacher come at this platform to teach as the platform itself allows qualified shaykh to teach It’s better to know the background of the particular shaykh before taking knowledge from them. I myself benefitted in one way from seekers guidance.

I have pledged my hand onto him as everyone knows too well that the world will be coming to an end al hamala wal malhalma and the only sheikh who the great Allah swt has bestowed the secrets to decipher the sciences modular of end of times is non other than my sheikh ul ustaad r.a. Please people learn about the akhir ul az zaman before it is too much late. I will pray for the health of shaykh asrar and may Allah guide you all to the straight path as He has always done, ameen. I've never understood why so many Ullema have said in their own respective times that's "there's no sufi shayukh in our time". Perhaps because there never was because the idea of a individual who is perfect never existed after the Nabi, may God's peace and blessing be upon Him.
That's not what they mean, they mean the standard they've been told. The next generation sees the one from the previous and repeats the statement as they become the stadard so on and so on. However, Awliyah Allah will exist until the last days. I say the same for the ulema of evwry generation. You hear and read about the last generation of senior scholars and you think who is like them (minus the few remnants that are extremely old), the next gen is watered down in ilm and prowess
@@yourstruly5706 I disagree. Even far back as Imam Ghazali. They said it's almost impossible to find a "Kamil Teacher" not to be confused with a wali. As Shyk Asrar said in the lecture. We should differentiate between the two
@rg8128 that's the point. The requirements varied from time to time. Imam Ghazali was a top-tier scholar. His standard would be many tiers greater than the average requirement of his time. You would have periods of revival, but then the decline would begin again. This seems to be the first time in history that the next (current) generation has inherited a lot less from the Ulema of the old world. It may be that we live in the West, so the level and quality are diluted due to our priorities and influences, or the student wants to run marathons when he can barely walk. For that reason, they don't pursue knowledge, and they prioritise their personal lives over the deen.
@yourstruly5706 that's all well and good. You're describing different problems. But it doesn't answer my initial question. Maybe there's no such thing as Kamil shaykh as we think of it. Perhaps we should see everyone as struggling to reach Jannah. Perhaps Kashf is against the Quran as our Prophet was the seal of Nubuwwa and therefore no more direct guidance from God
@rg8128 kamil Shaykh is relative outside of Prophets (upon them be peace). Shuyukh are different and have different maqams, strengths and weaknesses. Kashf is legitimate and gifted by God when one has a state. Heck, even dreams of believers are a type of kashf as described in ahadith. Kashf for Prophets (upon them be peace) is different from that for non Prophets. The Kashf of a Prophet (upon them be peace) serves for the propagation, introduction, etc. of the shariah. For non Prophets, post the Prophet's (upon him be peace) time, it is a source of personal guidance and not shari rulings.
