Coach Jamal has been involved in boxing most his adult life. At age 63 he is one of the fittest people in the gym and always sets an example to our boxers with his work ethic and physical discipline. He's been an integral part in getting our boxers to compete at elite levels. Jamal has trained and guided several champions in the professional ranks, as well as a striking coach for UFC fighters and champions.
Coach Jamal is available for private lessons and to train pros for their next fight.
