@@yanu7414 Working for Cartier is the pits. It's a nefariously psychologically abusive work environment and completely lacking in positive company culture. Just go to Glassdoor and read the stories. I was hoping my experience might be different but it was truly 1:1 from the Glassdoor stories. There is no training, and no culture of uplifting and celebrating your employees hard work, contributions and talents, just taking them for granted and only reminding them of their inadequacies. Cartier's hubris is its greed and vanity. Its a part of the brand's image and it's a part of the brand's hiring model and it's a part of the brand's work culture. The managers are all brainwashed losers with low IQ's, no developed communication and higher level interpersonal skills, parading as masters of the universe who have drunk the Kool-Aid and are grateful to have a job that makes them look feel important and they are insecure and lash out on employees . It's a pathetic and broken company that needs a lot of help.
