It’s not a dewormer it’s a tranquilizer for large animals. Hence the sedative effect. It’s scary! I’m in the horse business 20+ years. Used Xylazine many times on horses. When I heard they were putting it in dope I was horrified!!!
@@Jeffshighonlife yeah Xylazine is no joke. It’s generic name is Rompum. I was attacked by horse once while she was givin Xylazine to shock wave her shin. She was out one min an the next she grabbed me by the arm an started shaking me.

Xylazine isn’t a dewormer, it’s used when deworming, it’s actually a sedative that allows Vets to do procedures in large farm animals keeping them standing up but sedated.

Not a doctor but researched Xylazine. (Check out Wikipedia). It is primarily used as a veterinary anesthetic (sedation, anesthesia, muscle relaxation, and analgesia), not a dewormer. It's mixed with illicit drugs as an inexpensive way to amply their effects. CHRONIC USE through complex cardiac side effects lowers tissue oxygenation in the skin. That's what is causing severe ulcerations, open wounds, etc. I pray Jessica gets help.

Wow that was intense, she knows she has a problem and that alone is a major step in getting clean and she has it. It's just making the impossible possible, I know that's easier for me to say being on the other side of that now but that's the cold reality of this thing. In order to defeat addiction you literally have to do what seems impossible.

Jessica is not a piece of shit ,oh man ,I'm a or was a cosmetology myself it's very hard work, I to was addicted to fente all altro our story totally different I was prescribed fentanyl for over ten years and norcos on top of the patches which I was up to 75mg and changed them every two days ,I'm telling coming of of fantenly is no joke I was tapered of of them and even then under doctor s care was the worst pain imagine able .I feel for these addict s altro I never had to work with the devil I'm still an addict just like they are ,I was one step away from asking someone for you know ... Zylazine and krokidill mixed together. I got high all of the 1980's ;; and got clean March 23,1992 , been clean for 30 years ya'll. 👏 👏 👏 my cravings went from being every day all day at the beginning;; and now cravings only hits me about every five years or so.keep in mind it was super high quality heroin in those days three people would get high off one bag,it was sooo good you only had to shoot dope once a day.not craving here guys lol .I say all this to say you can get clean a stay clean one day at a time. **Note** seek detox and long-term rehab out of state once you complete it STAY THERE and build your life there brick by brick.
Those are wise words you sit there. Congrats on the sobriety. I remember getting by with 2 bags a day in the 90s 😂. And that’s the only way I got clean was getting the fuck away from Philly

I dnt really get cravings as much as I get a taste in my mouth n its wen I smoking my cigg.(bc i smoked the meth) if that makes any sense n it happens every once in awhile n it NVR even makes me want it. @jeff I dnt really know much abt yt or how it works but I've heard other channels say thts one of the reasons that ask for subscribers/likes bc it puts their channel out more for others to view the videos. With that being said if that's true then your channel can be out there more and people can see these videos.

Long story short, she got arrested ‘working the block’ and used MY name/address/etc and my family, some of them to this day, believed it was me 😂 I was about 20 at the time and Jessica really ruined my name. I had to go through a lot of hoops to get it taken offline and I have never been to jail. She dated my dad very briefly, they both used together, I’m not judging her use/situation/other choices. The only choice I’m judging, is the one where she didn’t apologize once. She had the opportunity to. Trust me, I know many addicts in active addiction and they’re GOOD people. This is NOT one of those people…that’s all I’m saying. I always think about people going through chemo when they say it. Cancer patients go through extreme sickness yet they do it for their life and their families. She even said she is afraid to get off drugs because she is so used to this lifestyle (paraphrased). She is obviously super depressed. I wish I could insert some hope in her life.
It's not just an excuse...we all know how horrible it is.. for the last 5 yrs of my dope days..I hated it .. but it was 100% the sickness that kept me in it.. From feeling normal to deathly I'll To normal to deathly I'll etc etc etc.

My heart goes out to you Sweetie. You know I have gone thru a lot of trauma myself. I started with pain meds and my ex stole my meds introduced me to heroin. I had a battle for 10 yrs. By the time I went to the methadone clinic I was told I had fentanyl and cocaine in my system. I was so scared I was shocked to hear I was speed balling. I have been on methadone for over 5 yrs. now. I’m 60 years old. The methadone saved my life. I’m on 6 take homes a week I do counseling twice a month for a half hour. I have a lot of medical issues. I do have to say my teeth got really bad I just had 10 pulled no pain meds just my dose for the day. I’m getting dentures very soon. I’m not crazy about that but I have to have teeth. I did have nice teeth at one time. I can’t walk around with no teeth. That’s my big thing with myself. I just want to let you know it’s not easy dealing with the trauma straight but I have to say. I would rather face my trauma without drugs. It isn’t that being able to deal with life straight on. I feel it made me even stronger. Even though I have my emotional days. That’s normal. Please honey get yourself better. I know you can do it! God bless you! Much love ❤️ I will be praying for you. Your worth it honey. Save yourself first cuz if you don’t you can’t help anyone else.❤️

But you need to get the teeth pulled and just get them. You can die from an abscess tooth. And congratulations on your recovery from heroin addiction. I got dentures too....mine wasnt caused fr drugs but the drugs didn't help....I had a gum disease which was hereditary on my fathers side....also I lost alot of enamel off my teethe. I also had a few chipped teethe...one had happened as a child the other as an adult so I had to get dentures in my 30s bt I only got tops. I still have my bottom teeth but not for long...bc I dnt have alot of bottom teeth left....so those are nxt. Most of my teeth prob are hereditary fr my parents. I will say dentures are not that bad....bt I've heard bottom dentures are hard to get use to.

That is what started happening to me the bottom of the tooth near the gums would turn black. I take a longer time to heal because I have a weak immune system. My gums are still healing. I’m anxious to get my dentures. The surgeon left 6 teeth on the bottom and they dig into my gums up top. God bless you 🙏 I will keep you in my prayers.

Real actual good heroin actually does bring a hellish withdrawal but i wouldn't even fuck with this tranq ,. It doesn't look like it feels good like real heroin does. I'm so glad i stopped using 6 years ago, right before all this new school stuff

This is so scary. I don’t think we have this in Aus. The heroin circles actually run pretty small and tight knit. We have major problems with meth - or whatever they’re calling meth now. It’s so upsetting. But this shit is terrifying. I was a meth addict and lucky enough to get into detox and rehab when I was pregnant, I never got super bad. I was offered to shoot up by a dealer I was hanging out with but I always said no and stuck to smoking I am so grateful I never got onto needles and I was offered fentanyl also :/ and I turned it down thank god I never wanted to do anything that would make me sleepy because I hated sleeping but omfg yeah this is just heartbreaking.

Its crazy to me I have had wounds as a diabetic and I have seen others with no health insurance not eligible for benefits thank god I had a Dr willing to help me without charging me cause I could have lost my feet but people doing drugs are getting hospital stays and skin graphs for free...nothing against the addict but this system is so fucked up my dad worked his entire life only to struggle to afford his health care

The xylazine collapses the vessels to the point of inhibiting blood flow. What they need to know Jeff is it was not approved for use in humans because of the sores it makes. @@Jeffshighonlife I say this with all due respect but make sure to use a hospital grade disinfectant when folks get out of your car. Luckily you have leather and can wipe it all down. MrSA is raging down there right now and another guy ghat helps out down there got it and was in the hospital for a few weeks bc of it. I got it once from very briefly sitting on a toilet seat in jail. 😭 You can get the wipes on Amazon, something like cavacide, but be sure to wear gloves when you use it bc it can cause cancer over time ...but thats how strong it needs to be yo kill that crap. 🍀

Sorry I couldn’t stop by sooner to give a daily watch and support but todays been a tough one .. like she said you’re doing good and don’t listen to some the commenters cause also some people don’t always feel comfortable being the only sharers and you talking could also help some talk more. You can see people are comfortable and trust you and such. And I understand her with the hemoglobin levels .. I had the same my first year high school. I just felt so tired and out of it all the time and thought was my depression and everything else well I went to my doctors appt and they did the usual finger prick and though their machine was broken. Took another , hmm I think our machine just broke after our last patient so we want you to go over to the blood draw building next to the hospital please , but turned out I was a 3.4 level, sent to the hospital and he said to me he didn’t know how I wasn’t dead or why it was happening but females are supposed to be at a 12-14 level ( usually 12 on your monthly cycle and 14 off. Aside from small dietary changes ) well they wanted blood transfusions and I wasn’t able to afford it but the insurance was through my mothers job so we had to pay , couldn’t get it free , they wanted 10k a transfusion and expected I’d need atleast 3. I would go every 3 days to smillow cancer hospital and get NINE viles of blood taken for the first 2 months. When they saw through dietary changes and getting on something to help reduce the amount I would lose on my cycle , I got up to a 6.4. They were still shocked but moved me out to 1 time a week every week. Then every other week , then once a month til I was finally at about a 10.3. The iron supplements they gave me were horrible , would hit my stomach like a rock and make me wanna just vomit and so tired on top of how tired I was. I finally got to a 10.8 and they felt okay enough to stop seeing me since were weren’t gonna be able to go the transfusion route ever and luckily I’ve been able to maintain a “ normal “ level since. I’m anemic , get told sometimes I still am and sometimes not , but I feel it here and there and when I gave birth ( all natural ) I almost died and I still have problems believing I birthed her , the doctor didn’t listen I felt I had displayed up and was standing over the beds edge just pouring blood to the ground ( my normal gyno was on a vacation and had a random yale dr do the delivery) and she was so pissed she had to come back in after 4 minutes and out on new gloves “ I just checked and you weren’t ready you’re still not but whatever I’ll check “ sure enough OMG SHES AT A 10! And rushed to get my to deliver as I was blacking out. I blacked out while delivering and barely could push. I by some miracle was able to push her out , I didn’t hear her crying and was worrying while in and out and knocked out for hours after to being up in another room with people around and her in her little bed. No one ever believes me about my levels and hearing her story really just helped me not feel as alone with that. I’m glad I made it to this one seriously. I hope she can get her wound dealt with and I get that smell I explain all the time that smell of like taking off a bandage to an open moist wound and no one gets it but I can smell it so easily when it’s around. It’s insane because the fent now actually will just make people sweat this smell out vs that classic sweaty armpit smell. I’m glad the girls have each others back right there and are able to look out for each other. This youth is just terrible for the most part on the empathy scales. Thanks again to both of you for this interview , seriously. Hope you guys the best and they can make something to combat this tranq withdrawal already .. just found earlier a kid I knew from school years back (different grade) bill miller (his mother made a website you can find his story at or even googling him and reading from i believe the patch ), died due to negligence in yale early last year and his moms tryna get awareness and a suit against the hospital because they narcaned him and since they didn’t fully understand yet that fent will deactivate after the narcan is gone in the 45-90 min , they left him on a stretcher for 7 HOURS alone .. he went into cardiac arrest and was found brain dead and unresponsive due to extended cardiac arrest from reactivation when a nurse finally checked him after the 7 hours .. 23 yrs old man ..
Sorry you had a hard day. Thank you so much for your words of encouragement to me. It makes me feel really good to get messages like this cuz it shows me people are actually listening to the stories and either relating or empathizing with the person. @@Jeffshighonlife absolutely ! I’ll be here every day so long as I can be to support yourself and the people you’re interviewing ! Even if it was 45 minutes plus I’d still be here invested , I know that doesn’t catch everyone attention or their attention spans can’t handle it necessarily , but what you do is helpful to the girls , to people who are thinking of using for the first time or a relapse scenario , it helps us struggling day to day seriously. Just know whatever people say to discourage you should give you a million reasons why to continue and persevere ! They wanna point a finger well they got 3 pointing back baby. In the blink of an eye they can be right where these people are so I hope for their sake they can change their perspective and blink slow, have a great day and cant wait for more ! I think these talks about old school vs new school opiates is a very important discussion....Being an addict is bad enough but this Fentanyl combo sounds just terrible....Methadone saved my life on an outpatient basis....The moment of my first dose, I knew things were gonna be alright....detoxed after 2 years....its quite a shame that it has this stigma.

This is so sad because they're so afraid because they say the withdrawal lasts more than 30 days and it's no longer than fentanyl like the girl just said what the hell are they giving these poor sweet people I'm noticing that they're not as they used to be out of control but now they seem like so sweet caring people that are just afraid and they know that they want to get clean and they already made that conscious decision but it's just slowly not happening as quickly as they wanted to because it's so painful and you can see the mental decision has been made to really get clean and stable but it's so strong 5they're still struggling. I feel like a miracle is going to come soon and there's going to be breaks through & many many many people are going to be set free completely by The Power of the Holy Spirit & our Savior Jesus Christ. I do believe with all my heart that people are going to be delivered Amen!!!!
this beautiful daughter is a flower, instead of being cared for and loved at home with her parents or forming a family to give grandchildren to her parents, she is suffering and making her parents suffer, living this hell for falling into the drug trap. It is atrocious to see a beautiful daughter in this condition. God help her and her parents to overcome this addiction.
@@Jeffshighonlife You take any four or five of the nice ladies you interviewed and move them into a cottage. How ever many times a day a nurse brings 3/4 powered shots of their drug for a week. Then half powered shots the next week. There will be lawn games outside and volunteer d&d dungeon masters some evenings. I think it would work. The patients would give each other encouragement.
Seeing the sense of hopelessness in the faces of these beautiful women and men is absolutely heartbreaking!!! This country needs to focus more on mental health and addiction and stop worrying about the LGBTQ+ Community!!! My husband is an addict in recovery and I lost my best friend to addiction and mental health related suicide in 2015 ….. people who have never loved someone who struggles with addiction don’t realize that the majority of addicts have underlying trauma and or mental health issues that have led them to the streets!!! I moved from DELCO 9 months ago but am very familiar with the streets of Kensington …. I wish I could help EVERY SINGLE PERSON out there that wants help!!! Please tell these beautiful souls that they are worth saving!!!

Teens should be required to watch these videos so they know not to touch the drugs and help them to realize these are real people that are suffering so much and are in desperate need of compassion from other humans.

These open wound things are nothing new. I remember seeing junkies on the subway in the 80s with holes almost through their legs. Awful sights. Just shambling corpses really.
