Join dive historian Jon Hazelbaker and guests while they visit Dr. Joe Dituri during his 100-day research project at Jules’ Undersea Lodge. This Zoom presentation will cover the history of underwater habitats and what we have learned as it relates to extreme environments, effects on the body and possible space travel. While NASA was racing to get to space, the diving community was sinking deeper below the sea. What does it take so that humans can live and work in such places?
