John said he had an MOS of 05c40 being a Radio teletype operator his training was at Ft. Gordon, intetresting I was a radio teletype operator and my training was at Ft.Gordon in 1968 , my MOS was 72B20. and I served down in the Mekong Delta (land of wet) also. I Salute John for his time in Uniform, and in the Vietnam War.
These interviews are very interresting stuff for a history nerd like me. Specially veterans thats been serving in the signalcorps, explaining about radio equipment they used during that time.
These interviews are really great. I think Eileen has been doing some really great work here. Imagine how important these interviews will be in 50 years? 100? Imagine what it would be like if we had interviews like this from the Civil War? Good work making these recordings!
