Ultimately cost the new flat or villa will be doubled. If some body want to sell his land as one or two plots for marrying his daughter or his medical expenses or children education , closing his liabilities he may not be able to sell without RERA approval.For selling more than 12.5 cent as plot he should get RERA approval.Finaly we have depend on Pancyat approval, village office ,district town planner RERA.You all need money in different ways for getting these papers. Now real estate is almost in trouble
