In this video, Timothy Schultz interviews lottery winner Nicholas Rocco. He won 1 Million on a scratch ticket in the Massachusetts state lottery. Timothy Schultz is also a lottery winner; in 1999, he won the Powerball before going back to college to study film and journalism. He's now combining his experience with his desire to interview other lottery winners on this channel.

He used the proceeds to buy houses to rent. He can write off a lot of expenses, such a as depreciation on the houses to where he isn’t paying taxes for some years and still accumulate a cash flow and appreciation of his rental property.

Love these interviews, they strengthen my long prophecy an old man I helped bagged his groceries told me that one day you’ll win the lottery. I think I am getting closer everyday and especially today included. I have dreams showing me ( Saturday miss spelled) followed days later by matching 5 numbers with blurry sixth number. I know, I am inching closer to that day.

I worked next to someone that was talking about winning the lottery. I told him he will win. He was so overwhelmed he thanked me and I could see him winning. God bless him today.

He said no not karma but it was karma! A lot of people look at karma in the negative aspect, but it works both ways. When some people hear the word karma their minds just straight to something bad. He did exactly what I AM intending to do when I WIN the LOTTERY, invest in multi family homes. Congratulations to him and his family!!

I like what this guy says. Same thing happened to me my wife kept saying why you keep buying lottery tickets until I won the fantasy 5 in 2017 in the Florida lottery. Now she tells me just keep playing lol

I AM going to win tonight’s powerball. Today I was lead to Speedway gas station. Timothy you are one of the first people I came across one month and heard your dream of winning lottery. This interview had an unexpected turnaround. I misjudged the young man at the first minute… I was like, okay, a gambler!!! It’s also interesting the way he justified his gambler position by not having any other hobbies or additions, make not mistake, gambling alone is self destructive 110%, when luck is gone, lights go off….. Anyways, this kid is not fool, not even a bit, I thought he was going to blow away the money but he came on top with such house investments. Hats down, I wish all gamblers would be like him. This kid is ahead of the game, he got everything under control and he knows what he’s doing. I am glad I kept watching this video. Learned a few things from this interview

Wow our stories are so similar!! First house at 23, business at 24, second 28 and third business at 30!! Took care of others too darn much in my life. Now I find myself doing it again. Karma is good! 💕 I would have guessed 500k but 400k isn’t bad either. Smart investing though real estate is hard. Your money tied up in assets. My father had a huge asset portfolio and we were only middle class. Security but definitely a long term investment. Better than investing it all in day trades or a business with no experience! Lol! I had a “dream” about my winnings so I know it’s coming. Just got to remind myself to actually play! Lol!! One day it will happen and I’ll be on this channel. 🙌🤣👌

I love his understanding that it's not just karma, there's grace involved. I don't know how everything works but I always feel like there's grace involved. Holy crap 1 mil and just 400k received, that is a legal robbery! We had 0% taxes on all wins (lottery paid the taxes for you) and a year ago government decided they want 15% which is still preposterous but it's not 60%!!! I like this guy, he has the right priorities and right attitude towards money, very smart move investing money into cash producing realestate instead of blowing it or gambling away chasing a bigger win.

Mr. Rocco seems to have his head on very straight about his win and planning for his future. This was published two years ago so I hope he and his family are still doing well and that he's still on track to an early retirement, if that's what he still wants by then.

Content Suggestion: I'm not sure you'd be able to find this out or not but I've always been curious to know how often (if it's happened at all) someone wins a big lottery jackpot (multi-millions), like a Power ball, Mega Millions, etc., with having purchased only 1 Quick Pick ticket for that particular draw? Seems to me they are always won on tickets where the person purchased more than one chance and a lot of times quite few tickets (subjective, I know) for that particular draw. I've always been curious about this...

I had this feelings of winning since then i started watching vedios of people winning lottery and i have got lot of advice through them... I then asked my mum numbers she is good with lottery numbers,now she gave me those numbers i am going to stick with them until i win i will come for interview with you... I am from SA an i know i will win i can feel that inside my self... Always when i watch this i feel this burning 🔥 things in me more when i watch this type of vedios thanks for giving us more hopes.... Salute

Good ethics Rocco, I hope you win more, you have a level of common sense that can be beneficial, hope to see that. When it happens, you seem like one who could wisely share/grow your experience so others may learn, and benefit. I can tell there's stresses, yet you are still young enough to develop more of an educated, career-life over the next 30 years, with a timely help-up. This can turn out to be a liability if mishandled or if there isn't upkeep and tax clarity. Good luck, and all of these life-lessons are to prepare us. Hopefully, you can experience a huge win beyond this.
