On 9-10 November 1938, the Nazi German state organized a terror campaign against Jewish people, their places of worship, their places of work, and their homes, across Germany, Austria and territory claimed by Germany. The November Pogrom marked a turning point in the antisemitic violence of the Nazis and their racist collaborators.
