I wish I could have seen that show. I love these guys. I hope they'll get to play/tour again after covid. It would be a dream come true to see them live!
One of my favorite bands....I used to call KSHE 95 The best Rock station in the world a long, long time ago, I was 15, every Sunday before church and call them to play "Under the Ice", they always did....miss those days! St. Louis's Rock Station!!!
How many bong hits does it take to forget Carnegie Hall???🤣🤩😎 Although I am a total Todd fan, I love and appreciate the narcissistic megalomaniac tag. It is true and on the mark. I love these guys too. How can anyone comment on their take but someone who was THERE?
It's one of those band names that just doesn't work without the definitive article, like Carpenters, Eagles, Flamin' Groovies, and Tom Tom Club. Even those who insist there is no "the" in the name can't help but include "the" at least half the time that they open their mouths, because it sounds wrong otherwise.
@@jndrummer5131 Definitely a great drummer and probably a really nice guy. I lived in Seattle for 11 years and he lives in tacoma just down the road. I just wish he would stop talking about Todd’s teeth and how much he does not like Laura Nyro. It’s unnecessary. But yes Mooney is an amazing drummer. He was especially great with Bob Welch in Paris. Terrific drummer.
@@HermitOfEagleLanding Wow, I have that Paris lp as I'm a Bob Welch Fan! I gotta check that lp out again! Todd knew how to pick his drummers! Kevin Ellman was great too!
@@jndrummer5131 There was some great drumming on those Paris records! As for Bob Welch, I saw him with Fleetwood Mac at the spectrum in Philadelphia. They opened for somebody (it was either the Doobie Brothers or Loggins & Messina) And he was great, pretty chatty, talked between the songs sort of like a standup comedian. Sadly, he passed away.
