I agree. Ed still remembers every breeding he did just like it was yesterday and husbandry never takes a backseat to anything. I don’t think people understand how much a true dogman or dogwoman sacrifices for the well-being of their animals
Ed Faron was the first person I reached out to and he responded. Sold me a book and made me feel like pit dogs and it's people was a religion. RIP good dude
Ed was a really good guy! I had one of the best dogs I ever owned off of Ch Cowboy bred to his daughter Gabriel. I got to spend a few hours on his yard and enjoyed the knowledge that he shared with me. He signed his book for me and allowed me to pay him when I got back home to Maryland. I’m forever grateful 💪🏽💯
@@lori....4816 I’m not going to attempt to answer this question. This man played a very important role in the history of this breed. If you are choosing to focus your attention on the mistakes or faults of this person or any person for that matter instead of focusing on the good. Well let ye without sin cast the first stone. What’s youre history lori? Any mistakes in youre past? Just because it didn’t make headlines doesn’t mean it’s any less important. I choose to see the good in people.
@@warmouthkennels7373 you can see I'm an animal rescuer I save animals from abusers . You may choose to see the good in this person but to me it's like choosing to see the good in a child molester
Great Video with great historical information on great dogs from a great dogman i love it thanks for sharing 💯🤙🏼 definitely need more of this great content
Thank you my friend. I enjoyed every minute. Ed is such a nice guy. His kennel made such an impact on the history of these dogs. He deserves more credit
I was. You know it was a dream of mine to own a Wildside Kennel dog. Saving up for two years. The name Wildside is one word with 8 letters. Warmouth is one word with 8 letters. Not many people know that there was a hidden respect for Wildside when I named my kennel
Yes he is. He breeds quality hound, and he makes some money. He one of few breeders that can make money with these dogs, one thing I can say about Tom is he puts it back into the dogs. 💪💯
A friend of mine had a daughter of Zebo back in the late 70s. She would go after people like they were dogs. Never seen her go, but she could break a shovel handle in a matter of seconds
Me and my friend visited Mr farron had a great time picked up a couple dogs and headed back to Florida with them I bought a book from him I believe it was called the complete-game dog or something like that he signed it for me
I had a daughter of Bandit and a double inbred Jeep female. I never got to see her roll... The heat got too bad around my area and I had to send her back to Wildside Kennels. I lost contact with their female after that. I hope she did well and serve her owner well.
The man he pointed to in the picture was not Don Mayfield. That was Floyd Boudreaux. The first guy they pointed to was Earl Tudor in the center. They got Carver correct though
@@warmouthkennels7373 no disrespect was meant. I appreciate the knowledge and history shared in the video. But as a lifelong dog fancier and history buff, as well as being a life long inhabitant of the Bayou State, I felt it was my duty to throw my two cents in there. Love and respect from Louisiana
@@matthewnorris8159 I can understand that bro. I didn’t think you meant any disrespect. You just had to set the record straight. I get it bro. No harm. Appreciate the support my brotha. 💪💯
@@warmouthkennels7373 No sweat man. Nice channel. Nice looking bulldogs you got there. That is a tight kennel setup. Clean and simple. Great privacy. Happy neighbors mean a lot
We don’t know who the was? What do you mean sir? This interview wasn’t about anyone else except Ed. His accomplishments and memories of everything he did for these dogs
man you kept cutting him off win he was telling the end of that zebo dog story you cut him off once then he got back to the story then you asked about the dog in the picture next to the zibo dog I was waiting to hear what happened to the zibo dog
