Yes and No, Armand is purposely erasing most of problematic stuff that he has done. On the other hand Louis feels like he's indebted to stay with Armand because of what they been through and the years they put it. There's only a handful of vampires a lot of vampires are lonely so they are trauma bonded

How am I off ? Everybody on this show is toxic and horrible. Louis is just worse to me because he likes it down play his predator nature. You can go back and watch episode 5 yourself. Lestat was not lying about most of what he said and Louie even admitted to it.
