Interview with actor William Sanderson at the Monadnock International Film Festival for Local Look Peterborough. William talks about Deadwood, True Blood, The Newhart Show, Bladerunner, Tommy Lee Jones, and more.
Now thats a guy that has been in so many shows and movies when l was growing up....lve never seen him interviewd so this was cool. Im gna look for more . Hes played such a range of characters.
I love this man when he does westerns. It just seems so natural for him. Lonesome Dove is my favorite movie (yes I'm calling it a movie) of all time. I just love wasting away 6 hours on a Saturday with a 12 pack and a couple of dubes and binge watching Lonesome Dove.
If you happen to be anywhere in Texas, let me know next time . I'll bring the beer and the combustibles ( I'm from California, but not one of "those Californians ")
Processing what he said, I liked how he mocked his own pride here and there. Appears realistic about his own life -- that's cooler than some larger stars who behave like "big shots".

lmao my gf and I just saw that line tonight! "Dan, give EB your knife." Such an interesting guy. It seems like he's been through a lot professionally and is honest about the difficulties and the successes.
@@joseph-zoramcbride4029 Very true. He reminds of some grotesque fictional characters in Charles Dickens' novels. Complex, survivalist, humorous and prone to ever-changing social environment. One of the most original acting performances I have ever seen in a series.
Deadwood, True Blood, and Newhart fans, check out our interview with TV Icon William Sanderson on Kettle Of Fish. One of our favorites. traffic.libsyn.com/kettleoffish/WilliamSanderson91315.mp3
Every 1 minute of this guy on TV & Movie is worth about 3 minutes of Di Nero or Pacino.... Sanderson is overlooked, like a pyramid of pure cocaine on a white leather couch.
A shame they did not give storylines for sum of the beloved deadwood characters in the movie. No powers, no dan, killing utter and als story???!!!!! Wtf
