Let me know if you enjoy this new interview format! These take a bit more time to make but I feel that the insights we get are priceless. I don't think they will perform as well on RU-vid due to the YT algorithm, but I guess that's OK. And stay tuned for the interview with CAS Space coming out in a couple of days! 🎤🎥

Very much like this interview and am looking forward to the next one. As an english speaker I really appreciate your channel which is pretty much unique and these interviews are priceless . The Chinese space sector seems to be fizzing with confidence and optimism. On a side note I built the Sembo Block 'Tianhe' core module ; it's beautiful .

truly refreshing format! great to see an exchange between an english-native and chinese-native speaker, with both understanding each other! being fluent in both languages, this collaboration was really seamless to me! great job!

Are you interviewing her in English, she answers in 普通话,and then you add English subtitles? In France? That is so weird….and a lot of work😂 But yes this is a great format. As opposed to a canned presentation or summary, you learn a great deal not just from the answers, but from the non-answers and evasions too. It is very useful

Very well done and informative interview with great questions and structure. I did find it fascinating that mentioned where the 10 year timeframe for space tourism and 20 year timeframe for astroid mining interesting strategic ambitions (as were brought up twice in answering. 7:20, 15:35). Obviously for near term launcher capability and reusability with a focus on going after XingWang (NatSat) contracts seem high on Galactic Energy priorities. They seem well positioned (with options) to capture a significant share of the launch service market within China, and perhaps grow to include international customers. We live in a very exciting time for companies offering space services. 2024-30+ is going to be amazing!

Great interview, very informative. It would have been nice to get an idea of their reusability timelines. But I guess their concentration right now is getting Pallas-1 ready to launch. It seems the Chinese private launch companies are pushing reusability just to get something out there. But this will require large redesigns in the future. It doesn't seem to be the most efficient route?

You know there is a lot of hot money in the Chinese domestic market now, and they don't want to invest it in the stock market. That's a positive investment direction for them, rather than going all in on the real estate sector or jacking up the prices of any commodity to make a profit.

In fact I live in Paris and I’ve also participated in the Paris Air Show. After a brief conversation with her in the stand, I knew that she is the only person who represents her company in the air show, so in this case, she had to handle so many things in the same time and perhaps she did not have so much time to prepare in advance everything who demands a lots of professional details ! But I think Madam Claire is so nice and at that time she was very professional for answering my questions ! Thanks Claire ;)❤❤

Gee, CCP only lifted 800 million people out of poverty and raised a country of 1.4 billion people to the world's #2 economy by GDP in a mere span of 40 years. @eliasb8
@eliasb8 Год назад
Look! Just putting subtitles on your video is not enough. RU-vid is a multimedia platform. It is an Audio/Visual medium. If I wanted to read, I would get a newspaper. There are also those who listen to your RU-vid videos while doing other things such as: * Driving * Cooking * Washing dishes * Working on the computer * Etc... There are also those who are visually impaired. They comprise about 10% of the world's population. Finally, there are those of us who are dyslexic. We are about 20% of the world population. In my case, I have to pause after each phrase to read it. I can read but I don't read fast enough to follow the video speed. Please, don't publish videos with subtitles in the future or you will see your RU-vid video metrics go down. You should voice over the translation. Those are my two cents.
@JohnSmith-cb6qx

@@JohnSmith-cb6qx Don't get me wrong. His videos have amazing production value. My intention is to offer a constructive opinion. I believe that his videos with interviews would greatly benefit from a voice over translation. He has already done the hardest part, which was the translation!
