I want this job, because it's more than a job, it's a career. I can "get a job" anywhere, but there are few places where I can get a career that will challenge me, stretch me, and force me to work beyond my potential. You have a proven track record for innovation and success, and these are goals I've set for myself. No, I don't want this "job" but I do want this career.
I was actually looking for a video explaining how to ask for a job, meaning: before any intervew. I assume that If you made it to the intervew, the act of asking for a job is rather redundant.
I want this job, because I have high standards for myself, and chose this company because they are the leaders in this industry, and I want to be affiliated with the best. If I don't get this job and am resigned to work for another company, I probably will do less than my best because I want to work for this one.
