This installation is the FOURTH year for our pool. (JUST LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT). We store it in a closet in the finished basement. We also keep the pump and hoses in bins and plastic bags down there as well.
You have to be careful if you store your pool outside, especially if the weather gets below freezing in your area. (more on that when I get to the teardown and storage video later)

Helpful tips:
* 2 people are better than 1
* make sure you surface is flat and clear of rocks/debris
* stretch out a tarp before placing the pool on it.
* stretch out the tarp after you lay the empty pool on your tarp (I didn't do that in the video. I was too distracted by the video process. :))
* Push the bottom of the pool out while you begin filling it. If you wait too long it will be too late.
* Having water delivered will save you hours of filling the pool. Our water is from the same public system that we use at our house.
* Be sure you have a big enough pump. The standard pump that Intex includes is usually NOT enough to circulate the water enough. (BASED ON MY OPINION and EXPERIENCE)
