Only thing that affects fragments is area you train in and monster kill count, energy is affected by drop increase. Granted KMS could be different and it is affected by drop increase in KMS, but you seem to be getting the same rates as GMS for fragments. NOTE: Drop rate immune is what you WANT because they balance around items being affected by drop rate. This means, drop increase immune is the rate of max drop rate, items that are affected by drop increase (outside of a few exceptions) are reduced in their chance to drop and max drop rate is the intended drop rate in most scenarios. Delete drop rate increase, fake stat.
