i'd love to see mike do a future playthrough after watching/reading some guides to see how different the game feels compared to his strategies

Its funy if he wouldve stopped shadowstepping everytime and had a pos 1 skill or just used throwing daggers more the vestal couldve healed but he fucked his vestal like 5 times shadowstepping cause he thinks shadow fade only buffs lunge and moved his vestal to a postion they couldnt do anything XD

Yeah, just having pick to the face would've saved him multiple times in the run, thankfully he started using that ability in his latest stream, even read the skill and realized it has armor piercing so there's hope.

Would be cool if preach added some dlc when he starts darkest dungeon again, crimson court at least since it integrates into the main game

It's a shame Preach isn't interested in the lore of this game. The boss lore is cool, and I wish they put the character lore in the game like they did in DD2, probably the best part of that game.

The skins for the player characters are great, since it’s in the workshop is it public or private. Some of those would be hilarious to have in any play through

The shrieker's nest contains some unique trinkets if you manage to destroy it but but the fight ends immediately if you kill the shrieker so only go for the nest if you don't care about getting your trinkets back of if you're confident enough in your damage that you can kill both. It's a gamble but one that pays nicely if you pull it off.

You get your trinkets back even if you don't kill the shrieker, this is both for recovering trinkets that he stole, that you lost via death or the unique shrieker quest trinket. There are two things that you benefit by actually killing him: you avoid the 40+ party-wide stress attack that he does as he leaves and you have a higher chance to get a positive shrieker quirk(2/3 of them being really good).
