What an awesome chat, it made me go back and listen to the album again and reminded me how much I love it.

On the live version of the album, the story has been reworked by John de Lancie as part as his contract, and I found it improved the pacing a lot (and having the real Q playing the role of an alien that Arjen basically copied from the Star Trek characters is a fun twist in itself). And of course the music is a litle diffrent, being played by a real live band and mostly older singers Comparatively, I found 01011001 and its live counterpart are more similar to each other, and I was fortunate enough to having experienced that show in person.

It's hard to believe it's over 20 years old...seems like yesterday I bought it as it was coming out. Will still pull it up....not my favorite, but still excellent...
