I learned on the RWS like most of us and I feel really comfortable with that deck after working with it nonstop. Then I added oracle cards. 😂 I’ve dabbled in runes & pendulums. Lenormand I’ve never tried. Thank you for going over the system.

Great video and discussion. While i was struggling to learn tarot back in 2019, I picked up a Lenormand deck (thought it was an oracle deck). I learned it pretty quickly. Though I have not advanced to the 9 card spread yet, I agree with you. It is punchy and practical and spot on. I love love love Lenormand, too, and truly appreciate your video. (it also made it easier for me to learn tarot after, too)

This is such a good video - I am excited to start learning and incorporating it with tarot. And the way you describe it as punchy and bossy has me thinking that most of my friends who ask for tarot readings from me would actually want a Lenormand reading because no matter how much I say that I don't do predictive or yes/no tarot readings, that's what I get asked 😅

Thanks! Watching this, I felt reinvigorated to revisit my own Lenormand deck. I use Lenormand decks occasionally, mostly the Enchanted Lenormand by Caitlin Mathews which comes with a great guidebook, and also a lenormand deck that zi designed which is more whimsical, Little Norman's Lenormand cards. I generally favor tarot, but sometimes I feel bogged down by 78 cards. Maybe that's why I also love reading with Majors Only decks, a practice that I feel is underrated and undervalued. I ds find supportive guidance from both systems. I'm looking forward to your further discussions on usig Lenormand. I hope your next installment comes soon.

This was such a great intro into Lenormand. Going to save your video for when people ask me about it. I personally feel like Lenormand for everyday life, Tarot is better for psyche work. Also, agree with what you said about reading in multiples actually makes Lenormand easier rather than the one card at a time being easier with tarot and oracle. Also, much of what you said applies to other Game of Hope and cartomancy based systems like Kipper, "G" Fortune Telling Cards, etc. Thanks again for sharing.

Glad you started this series. Have 1 Lenormand deck use here there but now these decks got my interest.
