Intro to Transition to Adult Services and Overview of Child Neurology Foundation Transition Toolkit

This is the first of a six-part Transition Workshop Series featuring monthly e-webinars focused on topics relevant to individuals with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) as they transition to adulthood, including preparing for post-secondary education, managing guardianship and financial security, transitioning to adult medical care and finding assisted living and employment opportunities.
In part one, Dr. Rebecca Schultz, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Texas Children's Hospital, provides an introduction to transitioning to adult services and share a transition toolkit developed by the Child Neurology Foundation to assist parents/caregivers and their transitioning child through this process.
