Hello everyone and welcome back! Today's video we are talking about a design style that isn't always discussed in residential design but I want that to change! I'm a nature girl so this topic is very dear to me. This is something that I began learning about when I took a design psychology course in design school. Biophilic design has amazing benefits for our wellbeing. This can lead to a healthier and happy life and since we spend so much time in our homes (especially over the past year) why isn't this talked about more with residential design?! Although this video isn't inclusive about everything biophilic design this is definitely a good place to start to learn more and I give suggestions of how you can incorporate this idea into your home so you can receive some of the wonderful benefits of biophilic design.
