@@KelpCentralOfficialLogical nah good speaker were , dolby is mimicking high end speaker for cheap headphones , if you have good expensive surround speakers any music will sound good
False - horrendously compressed music (dynamics I mean in mastering like Death Magnetic) sounds like arse on every system and worse the better your system is
Dolby is awesome when it comes to movies but not so much on music. Dirac audio is way better and very underrated. They use psychoacoustics to enhance music listing experience. Which imo is the future of music..
I love love the new album! ...haters gonna hate ...but I believe that coldplay has now hit a point where there are just interested in a musical spiritual journey....
Listening on my Samsung not 10+ with Dolby Atmos enabled it's just mind-blowing...thanks Dolby laboratories for being in the cutting edge of sound always.
@@TheChcam ha ha ... there's such a lot of hype about Dolby Atmos, people think they are listening to one and dont even realise they are not ...! One guy goes in the comment below, "I'm literally crying. this is so good" Case of "Our Emperor is in invisible garments" story ...! 🤭
Me too. I like when objects interact with me physically. But there is very few decent Atmos content. And usually it’s only e few seconds of decent Atmos experience in a movie.
@@rpbhakad how can I say it. Dolby has the power to trick your brain and manipulate into thinking the sound is happening around you. That's Atmost surround you feel like the sound is going around you
I like Atmos when objects interact with me physically. But there is very few decent Atmos content. And usually it’s only e few seconds of decent Atmos experience in a movie. I wish Dolby would hire me to control Atmos production
INXS - Kick, Steven Wilson - Future Bites, REM - Out Of Time, The Beatles - Abbey Road, John Lennon - Gimme Some Truth, just a few albums you can now enjoy in Atmos by picking up the Blu-ray.
Hi Dolby reps, how you doing? I was wondering if it was planned/in the works to have dolby atmos music content available for sale for any dolby atmos setup? Is this going to be exclusive to only pre-selected devices? Is there an ETA? Just checking because I am super hyped to experience this! @dolby

I am running a 7.3.4 Atmos system in my movie room. I love the way that it sounds. I was fortunate enough to be able to speak to Ray Dolby many years ago when his company was in the process of going public. He was a very nice man. I will forever be a fan.
@@briantidey2225 This is the Binaural Audio version of the Dolby Atmos technology. It's designed for Headphones-use only. That's why it only uses two channels(Headphone L and R). It's still 360 degree Surround sound but only using two channels because it's the version designed for earphones. It's still Dolby Atmos, the headphone-only version. It is NOT Stereo, it is 360 Binaural surround sound Audio also known as ASMR Audio. It uses only two channels, but using earplugs it is mixed in 360 degree Binaural surround, just like "Dolby Headphone" only much much better. Plug in your earphones dumbass. This is "Dolby Atmos For Headphones".
Dolby awesome! Thank you for replying. I’m planning to mix and master my next single on Dolby Atmos at a certified mixing studio. 2020 is the time for Dolby Atmos music everywhere! ⚡️
What exactly is the difference between a „normal“ stereo mix/master and the atmos version? Is it just optimised for the atmos speaker setup so the atmos receiver dont have to „upscale“ it? I mean stereo remains stereo right? Still 44.1khz, 24bit?
Simon Rouge Usually the artist have to re-mixed and remastered it Dolby Atmos renderer to create separate objects & beds based on instruments or vocals. I saw on Tidal, a Song certified for Dolby Atmos are in 196Khz 24bit Audio file. But i could be wrong
The RU-vid Dolby Atmos clips are always in the Earphone or Headphone 2 channel Binaural surround-sound mix. So plug in your headphones instead. It's still Dolby Atmos...
Lovely words spoken shame the audio is coming through my Dolby Atmos able OLED/av-receiver as pulse code modulation rather than Dolby Atmos as advertised! Lol
@@colliric binaural isn't atmos, RU-vid is .mp3 Atmos is a codec (DD+/Atmos and TrueHD/Atmos). Dolby have several times offered answers in this channel none of which support what you're saying.
@@dobyblue73 Binaural isn't Atmos(which is decoding tech), but Dolby Atmos for Headphones is ultimately Binaural 2ch Audio so for users of the headphone version it should sound exactly like Atmos anyway. That's my point.

As wind blows across the surface of the ocean or a lake, the continual disturbance creates a wave crest. These types of waves are found globally across the open ocean and along the coast.
