I need it on my Impreza even though it’s a small car. What I do to accommodate my pooch in the back seat, is to push the passenger seat up as far as it can go to the front and then put the seat back down as far as it will go so the air conditioning will go toward her.

Well, the outback already has that, and the dogs like it. They don't really like heated rear seats though.

Yes, I really want that too and Toyota doesn't have it in the Rav4s either. My other want is a built in ramp and fold down divider from the front and back seats.

Does the ramp (or the stairs that I've also seen) work on the back (side) doors as well? That is how we load our dog.

I've been using a different brand ramp, that looks similar to the Subaru one, maybe wider, for loading my senior dog into my 2018 Outback. I do load her from the side back door, when I have my bike rack on the back.

Why show non safe options like the collapsible crate? Team up with crash rated crate companies. This is a money grab instead of actually caring about the dogs.

Right, there’s nothing in these accessories truly adding safety for a pet, especially dogs, in case of an accident. Too cute and too misleading. I have a Forester and two retrievers. I have a mini van for the dogs, with secured metal dog crates installed.
