We are so lucky in Detroit to have 2 of the best in the business for both radio and tv. Will be watching this every release.

I love listening to Dan Dickerson on the radio and I didn't know anything about Jason before he came here but watching the tigers and listening to him and Craig and I'm all in on him. He's actually pretty funny with some of the stuff he says and he and Craig are just great together. I hope those two are the tigers TV voices for years to come.

This is a Detroiter's dream. Dan is a legend and Jason is so good he's already beloved here 3 weeks into his first season. #EatEmUp

I’m embarrassed how long it took me to get it about Dickerson, and proud that I immediately get it about Benetti. This should be a great podcast, and this initial offering is terrific.

I really love these two guys, and especially the grief Jason gives the other on-air personalities in jest. He is wonderful!

Great story about waiting tables. Five or more tables for me and I was super stressed. Your story reminded me of the time I actually waited on Dan Dickerson and Ernie Harwell at the Cherie Inn in Grand Rapids with Dave and Bev K.(good friends of Dan). Jim Price was there too. I think it was Ernies farewell tour or something. It was a great pleasure to meet Ernie, having listened to his voice all my childhood. I obviously wasn't too familiar with Dan Dickerson at the time, but now having listened to him a long while, I'd just say your THE BEST in the business. Bravo! I also waited on Dave Rozema and got to see his 1984 Worlds Series ring. That was very cool.

What a thrill it must've been to do the last game at Tiger Stadium with my all time favorite announcer Ernie Harwell. I love hearing these old insider stories.Looking forward to your new show. Thanks for doing it.

That pitching coach for Seattle University that first discovered Tarik Skubal is Elliott Cribby. Before Cribby went to Seattle U., he was the manager of a state championship high school baseball team in Washington State, Mount Si High School, where I taught for 20 years. Cribby’s team came back from a 4-2 deficit in the last inning to dramatically beat Shorewood High School in the last inning. Skubal might be a future Cy Young winner, but Shorewood actually had a future Cy Young winner on its team, Blake Snell. Fortunately for Mount Si, Snell didn’t pitch, playing first base in the final.

Great angle they are taking, the human interest stories on paths to baseball careers. Wow Dan really caught lightening in a bottle from relative obscurity to a prestigious broadcast position and Jason too for that matter but as he said he worked his way up the ladder so was more typical in that sense. On the Tigers broadcast I I like how dan can summarize a players path and journey in a matter of less than a minute working it into things seamlessly SO looking forward to the podcast bigtime for sure .

I still regret never being able to say hi to Dan when he would attend some GVSU volleyball matches while his daughter was on the team. I was always working the matches and never got the chance. Looking forward to this!

Love this idea! Can't wait to watch it evolve! Constructive criticism for the producers: the solo shot of Jason seems noticeably darker than the other 2 camera angles. I'm not a lighting expert tho, so that's all you're getting out of me. 😂 Go Tigers!

Thank you Dan Dickerson for calling the few games in Minnesota. You really know how to make the game enjoyable to watch and to listen to. I wish Jason would go back to calling the games in front of him versus the talking while balls are being pitched or hit.

I miss Ernie. He didn’t miss a play. Saying that, Jason is a massive improvement over last year. Ps no more Gibby either, he mumbles & brutal to understand.
