It's beautiful. Question, the out door grilling/bar area is that private with the condo or is that a shared space? Are the tennis courts far enough away so the courts cannot be heard? How far of a walk is the beach?

Good afternoon Ann Marie! Yes the outdoor spaces of Levant are the main common areas shared by the 10 units, but the tennis courts etc from the main neighborhood are also accessible by Levant owners. The courts are located back towards the center of the neighborhood with no chance of hearing any noise from them. Levant is located directly on the ocean so you have a short walk from your unit to the waters edge!

It looks like they're going to put a condo building in a single family neighborhood. I wonder how the neighbors feel about that.

Good afternoon! The full front line of this neighborhood is actually open to condo buildings with 1 already under construction and two more getting ready to begin. They will be limited though on the height from the street so that they do not block the views from the homes behind them so all is good!

Developers all over the world begin sales in pre-construction, its a very common thing, Ecuador is no different. We currently have three different projects in pre-constuction phase as Manta continues to grow. Have a great week:)
