we had this washing machine .....it blew up after 2 years and 1 month......so warranty didn't count....washing machines have to last 5 years atleast .....cost 1000 dollars ...from 20 BARUNGA WAY PERTH WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Disappointed with my LG washing machine. After just over a year of use, they claimed the drum cracked, citing it as non-factory fault and therefore not covered under warranty. This seems like a cop-out. LG washed their hands of any responsibility. Shameful service from this company.
Literally a downgrade. Their older machines had a 43 minute COTTON NORMAL CYCLE as the STANDARD without ANY modifiers on it. Shame you downgraded your products LG, go back to the waveforce platform
