I asked via Instagram two times, if I should rinse the carbon filter. No reaction, nothing mentioned on the package or the manual …. I used it today for the first time without rinsing. !
Hello. Is filtered water free of minerals? Is it okay to drink tap water through this bottle? Is it better to choose highly mineralized water >1500mg/l when drinking 3L of water a day and doing a lot of sports? I would like to switch only to lifestraw go but I am afraid of the low mineral content of this water.
Hi, the first time when I use the bottle do I have to rinse with water the microfilter membrane as well. Or just the carbon filter end the bottle? Is it possible to rinse the microfiber membrane ? Thank you
Under my jaw / throat area hurts. Apparantly, I'm not used to all the hard sucking. You do have to suck quite hard to get water, and it has literally caused tenderness. My under jaw will be shredded in no time. Feels slightly like tonsils are inflamed, but they're not. Day 3 of sucking btw.
Hi there! It sounds like your Go Series bottle may not be functioning properly. Please email info@lifestraw.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can see what might be going on.
What people don’t understand about filters there’re overhyped every use of the filter deteriorates the filter more than you think by the time we do it a couple dozen times it gonna start releasing more and more of the bacteria that you don’t want into your mouth, cause it will accumulate and it will become less effective quicker than you think especially cheap filter system that they sell nowadays definitely, if it cost 15 or 20 or 30 bucks it’s not a true high-tech safe filter, I wouldn’t put river water in one of these and instantly sip it unless I was half dead already😂
Could you make the instruction manual font smaller? And your labeling of parts is ridiculous. Pop out the umbrella filter? How? And what and when do I replace when it's time? You guys need an English teacher to help you.
