Things I love: Reading-mostly anything from romance to biographies . I remember as a child reading the backs of the cereal boxes as there wasn't anything else to read left in the house. All genres of music, except rap. Probably because what I do understand in the lyrics are profane or violent. A good hot cup of tea. I love talking to my mother listening to her stories of her youth, courtship, early marriage to my dad, places they lived etc. Just as I loved listening to my mothers' mother talk about her youth, courtship etc sitting across a quilting rack, sewing and telling stories. I love my children and grandchildren. I love the memories I made with my late husband.

Recently I've started loving Catholic Answers video content, so I'm delighted to see you here after seeing some of your great work there. I also have been recommended Pints with Aquinas (and put two and two together that you were THAT guy), and I can be quite confident I'll thoroughly enjoy that too. He's been my best friend for over 7 years now. I love Jesus, too!... And Catholicism. I love reading fiction and writing. For sure going to have a book published someday.... hopefully. Hi Matt, loved the video! Like you, I am also married to my best friend...26 years next week. He's super funny and extremely patient. We both enjoy visiting other churches and cathedrals, besides our home parish. I love bragging about my two daughters (Can't help it, they're awesome. ☺ I also love to write, it helps me to unwind. I also enjoy watching Ascension Presents videos while on my break at work...like now. Being a nurse, I find it puts my head in the right place before heading back to my patients. Hi Matt! I just found you and enjoyed listening to your introduction. I am a new Catholic of about 3 years and I love my religion. It's more that a religion, but a life style. I am 60, divorced and without my church and friends and the different outlets ( such as you and Father Mike), I would be very lost indeed. I really feel at home here in the Catholic faith. I just ordered some beads to pray the Jesus prayer more often and to keep me connected to walk the faith as God would want me to. Hi Matt, Welcome!! The intro, I almost spit my coffee all over my phone lol. My Favourite things: 1. Coffee - it's amazing how this drink makes me so happy. 2. Cooking, I love cooking. I love trying new recipes. Love it! baking too! 3. My class this year. They are so caring and have grown so much in so many ways. We get through the days together with struggles,laughs and love. It's awesome. 4. My Family, I can't wait to get home to them everyday. 5. Travel.. Europe has my heart. The history and the churches ahhh.. 6. Podcast.. this is a new thing for me that I'm enjoying. 7. Jesus: He has changed the way I am and view my days.
