I said it before and i’ll say it this time too: Mazda is absolutely killing it

Everything looks amazing. All the details, the lights, the body, the shape, the rims, wheels, pano sunroof and everything about this car looks and is amazing. Ive always been a fan of Mazda. (currently owning a 2018 cx5)

I'm the type of car enthusiast to say small hatchbacks suit me fine and that I'll never be caught dead in a crossover SUV because they're generally some mix of compromises: pedestrian in nature, ungainly in size, poorly proportioned, not stylish, or even downright gaudy. This is none of those things. This has a comfortable, confident strength and restrained Japanese Zen thing going on, and the ad doesn't rely on the immutable characteristics of the actors or a cheeky punchline. It simply plays against the backdrop of nature. By not trying to do the same thing many brands do in copying one another or trying way too hard with a tacky over-styled exterior appearance, it becomes different, distinct, and unpretentious. If I actually had to get a crossover, this would be a serious contender.

I live in Huntsville AL and have watched the new Mazda/Toyota plant grow from a huge empty field to a superb state of the art facility. Most people don't know it, but Huntsville is the second largest high tech community in the country. We have an extremely competent workforce in our community. The American space program was launched from here and continues to thrive. As for the new CX-50, I really like it. I almost pulled the trigger on a new Subaru Outback Touring XT, but this CX-50 blows it away and is my vehicle of choice!

Proud owner of the CX9! Mazda keeps getting better in terms of looks, reliability and performance. Kudos to Mazda for creating fun to ride SUVs!

Looks awesome, can't wait to see the new CX-70 and CX-90 models in the coming years! We currently drive a CX-5 and prior to that we had two CX-7's.

Just picked up one of these today with only 23 miles on the odometer, I’m very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the vehicle and for the price too it beat everything else out of the water. I’m very pleased with my purchase of a brand new 2023 Mazda CX50!!!

That crossover was actually beautiful, can't wait for mx5 off roader now lol

Now that's a commercial worth watching. Idk if this has done before, but this mini movie type of commercial and the imagery of the boat with the water and the Mazda with the road is just perfect. Excellent job by Mazda on this video and the CX 50 looks like a strong competitor.

Mazda, cars are just beautiful, they carry such elegance. I had the opportunity of driving a CX-5 and it was just very easy to drive and I could not stop taking pictures of it ahha

I’ve had my 18’ CX-5 for three years now. With set of Falken Wildpeak AT trails - it’s been a great ride on road and has made snow driving and trails an absolute breeze. I’ve been strongly considering going with a Outback Wilderness next year for a step up in capability and space, but this might just be what keeps me in a Mazda. Such a great looking vehicle, and I’ve been hoping for something a little more capable from Mazda. Can’t wait for some more specs to come out!

As an owner of a 87 Mazda RX-7, I'm in love with the blister appearance on the rear quarter panels. They look so similar and will most likely placing an order on a CX-50 when it becomes available.

Mazda you have really done it this time! We fell in love with our 2016 CX-5 when we took it off the lot and went off on our adventures, now we cant wait to fall in love with a CX-50 and keep on exploring!

I just bought the CX-50 3 days ago in black with black wheels and it looks even better than the one in this video. Coincidentally I just sold my small boat and I was almost in tears when I watched this video because I miss my little Jon Boat but now I have this black beauty CX-50 which I absolutely love too.

Wow! Great job knocking the styling out of the park, Mazda! I love our MX-5 and even our 5. I didn’t see another Mazda in our future though as I am interested in a more capable SUV. This styling is a perfect amount of rugged while keeping the classically beautiful Kodo design. I’ve resigned myself to giving up on being able to buy a manual in the future, so a good plug in hybrid option will seal the deal!

Handsome vehicle. Interesting that Mazda used a nice shade of blue instead of their signature Soul Crystal Metallic paint. I have a lease on a 2020 CX-5 Touring which comes due in June 2023. The CX-50 is definitely on my radar as a possible replacement.

Please make commenrtials that show more of your product. Good job for finally entering the outdoor market. My reason for not choosing the CX-5 was small trunk and unusable arm rest (I'm short). That was sad, as Mazda does great cars right now. I think it makes sense to add a more utilitarian version of your SUVs.

I have a 2020 AWD MAZDA3 sedan with Premium package and I love the car for what it is. My wife has a 2021 Model Y. As an enthusiasts and supporter of sedans and coupés, I’ve ALWAYS said that I don’t want 2 CUVs in my driveway. But man this is tempting! Mazda hit this one out of the park.

I've owned a 97 Mazda 626, 06 & 08.5 Mazda3 hatchback, 11' CX-5, the two 3's and CX-5 from new, and my current vehicle is a 2015 Mazda5 (77k miles). Speaking from that perspective, this CX-50 really gets me as excited as when I first bought my new 3's. I told myself that I'd only ever buy vans and wagons because of their versatility. I just recently moved an 88" couch in my Mazda5, so I understand all about that. This car is just beautiful, in my opinion, but I wont be in the market anytime soon, but will definitely look out for it in a few years, especially with my dream interior brown leather, and red exterior (please please please let me build that!)

Looks great inside and out! Especially like that it has not catered to the techy touch screen mentality of the other brands and their customers. It’s interior is typical of what I would expect to see from Mazda (less is more), glad they still use analog gauges and tactile controls. Oh and thank you for not forcing me into a turbo.

I like the tough, hardcore look and hope it has more off-road capabilities to match the appearance. Hate to say, but it looks better than my cx-5.
