The fact that every single League player around the world all thought Faker when this hall was announced shows just how unreal the guy was.

There is one thing that all the greats have, and that is a run-in with Faker.

Faker needs to go in by himself in the first class. I know there have been a lot of great players, but he needs to be the first.

Every since the game hit 10 years of competitive play, I wondered when they would introduce a "Hall of Fame". Looks line they were just waiting for Faker to return to the top. Seems fair. 😌

Theres no way that a man as iconic as the GOAT isn't the first to be inducted. Love him or hate him no one can deny the impact Faker has had on the game and his accomplishments as a player.

I always thought they were holding off on creating this until Faker retired. I guess they realized he may never retire and they should just put him in now.

Faker's [on going] legacy is written , and still being written, all over the wall of Hall of Legends, that's for sure. As for his teammates from start up to the current lineup, it's kinda hard to argue if some of them should be considered to be on the list.

I hope Bengi goes there if not something is wrong. Prety big clutch player.

i understand the usual "post-retirement" requirement for things like this but Faker should be the first regardless for a once in a lifetime icon there should be a once in a lifetime exception, and if all the voters don't also make this argument, the HoL immediately becomes a joke i suppose a weak but sufficient compromise would be to do a season per year, so the first one would be from season 1, etc regardless, Faker has done more for League's growth and impact than any other player or even org; he should be honored appropriately

The first to be inducted has gotta be faker, not to just bandwagon or anything. But he is the legit goat, and is the single most important figure in lol esports who all aspire to be. I wonder if they will only include esports players or possibly induct lol personality’s, I would love to see Tyler1 be put in at some point, as controversial as that could be, a 6’5 statue encasing his staggering figure in marble would truly look like a Greek god(very serious by the way). Anyway, those are just some thoughts, and I find this very cool.

Everything that has been said in this video perfectly describes Faker because the reason that man is still playing this game 10 years later whilst most of us had long quitted or left the scene is because he is that resilient. If that resilience is not that inspiring, I do not know what is. The fact that almost everyone agrees that he deserves that spot in the Hall of Legends says something.

I wonder who else will be inducted besides Faker... Im rooting for xPeke who won the first world championshop (even if it has low gold content it is still recognized by riot as a world championship), He also has that iconic backdoor play named after him. Another one is Clearlove, He won the first MSI, and was one of the pillars of the early LPL scene, as well as Uzi who won MSI in 2018, he is also a 2 time worlds finalists in 2013 and 2014. There should also be players like Insec who changed how Lee sin was played and even to this day similar plays are still called the Insec even similar plays like with Azir Ult is sometimes called the azirsec he is also a worlds finalist in 2014. Madlife is also another iconic player with his iconic thresh, He is also a worlds finalist in 2012. Mata is another support player who is the only current support FMVP world champion who in their time in samsung white completely changed how LoL is played, and has influenced how warding is done to this day.

Faker should have his own wing. Legend and GOAT of league. Undisputed.

I hope they look to some minor regions for this, there are players who shaped their regions and doesn't have enough recognition. 2 examples are brTT and HolyPhoenix, both man gave it all, have multiple titles, deserved more in their careers.

I feel like there needs to be 2 tiers to this, a goat tier and a legend tier, that way Faker can be alone in the goat tier and you can have players like Deft, Bengi, Bang, Wolf, Uzi, TheShy, Ruler, Meiko, Xiaohu, and so on in the legend tier. If there's only going to be 1 tier then it should be reserved for Faker and no one else should be inducted in.

ZX7racer's support shaco, one of the best, dominant performances i've ever seen. It lost many games, not many players can achieve such greatness. Honorable mention: Jrexy's Zilean.

Some early days big names I'm guessing? Madlife, Weixiao, Xpeke, Alech Ich, Captain Jack, Cloud Templar, MaKNooN, DaDe, Gogoing, Westdoor, Clearlove, inSec so many tbh? maybe I have some rose colored glasses on their histories but they seem to be legends of the past
