Yes @jehleauto - there is no greater sportscar manufacturer in the World, then Porsche!! And for me, as you can see in the video - the classic long hood 911's and especially the '73's - are a stand our year for the 911. Thanks for you comment - CheeRS

The post should go up today or very shortly, along with a couple of short rolling shot reels. Yep on the bikes - been riding for 40+ years and managed one of our local bikes shops for years. There's the 1987 Masi 3V - 1986 the first carbon fiber Kestrel frames - a chromoly road frame from Bill Hollond out of San Diego along with his chromoly track frame from the late 80' called a Septer and more. Yep, been a cyclist for 40+ years with a few years of track competition at the San Diego Veladrome back in the late 80's, co-managed one of our leading bike shops and group leader for years here in the Jupiter, Fl. area. Hey - sebastiankohler4724 and nice on the '77 chocolate 911, but depending on the time frame, Porsche will probably not introduce that color as standard, but they do have the PTS (paint to sample) that changes every year depending on the model and you will be a premium for the PTS - good luck and thanks for you interest :-)

Hello 2mac_m3 - and thanks for your kind words and yes, matching Sepia Brown 911 Targa's 50 years apart and gonna take a guess, that I might be the only one in the World as the original owner of the '73 911 Targa and the '23 911 Targa both in Sepia Brown - 50 years apart. Excellent question on what's next - how about a 2024 718 Spyder RS, painted with a 'PTS' in the same paint color Sepia Brown, Porsche paint code 915-9-2. She is still a few months away, but please stay tuned for future video about this last of it's kind - Porsche - thanks again and CheeRS

Thanks @mtnvalley9298 for your comments and in regards to maybe making a change from your 991.2 to the old analog style 911's. Well, if you want all the comforts of a late model Porsche that has all the advanced technology - then stay with what you got - for the family too. Because, if you get a classic air cooled 911 - then no family members need to drive the car, it's your classic 911 only :-) I love the air cooled Porsche, because it you and just you when driving - the radios not blasting, no Bluetooth, nowhere to put your phone, no cup holders etc. their a pure driving experience. @@Richardsdelegance Thanks for your comments Richard. I bought the car for the family, but now my son is in college, and my wife isn't that into it. I'm leaning towards something older and I really like your mods on the '73. The obvious solution is to have both, so back to work! I'm looking forward to your 914 review as I've never driven one of those, and it looks fun with the bigger motor. Cheers to you and your new channel!

Hey - the Caymen would be a good start and maybe have some good resale value, especially because Porsche will be going electric in 2025 for the Boxter, Caymen and Spyder. And, good on you for wanting 'a vintage one' :-)

Hey - tka72 and good question. The financial investments came first and then came the Man Cave and working in the bike shop was because my second passion in life is bicycles - as you saw in the video. Thanks for you interest :-)
