16:16 sorry but all i've seen so far screams skill issue. this game is a great improvement over gba thps2, never had the problems you had. even in your recent thps2 playthrough you had some frankly baffling difficulties, so i would wager that's clouding your view of this game (gba thps3), cause you were more used to that one while having never played this one
