Anothner one of Angelina's mind blowing displays is a duet sung with Lauren Daigle the song is YOU SAY. I closed my eyes and swore it was just one person singing. It is unbelievable how much they complement each other and their voices. Just another journey with Angelina that is out of this world. I heard her say once that her Grandma has been a huge influence in her life and they spent a lot of times listening to songs of when Grandma was young. Hence the old songs from the past that she sings. I was born in 1953 and had the privilege of listening to my Mum and Dad's songs while young. Growing up in my eara of music was the best of the best of all time. The old and the new. Angelina brings back so many wonderful memories for people of my age it's outstanding to say the least. All I can say is that I thank her so much for the wonderful journey she takes me on. Again the old and the new but it's her way. I love her dearly for just being her. She's phenomenal. Have you ever listened to Angelina Jordan sing "I Put a Spell On You". She was nine years old and you will not believe what you are seeing and hearing. Amazing is too small a word for her.
Most people are astounded to find out Angelina was 10 when she sang this song, especially since it was like no other song she'd ever done. Many believe, had it been officially released, the song would have rocketed to the top of the charts. One reason mentioned that may be the reason for its non- release has to do with lyrics that refer to a drowning suicide and when the writers wouldn't remove it, Angelina's mom Sara wouldn't give her O.K.. Personally, I agree that it could very well be the best she's ever done.
She was 10 here. Nobody can emit the emotion and soul of a song like Angelina. I think she reads the lyrics first before listening to the song. In this way she can understand the feeling and emotion the artist wants to convey. Then she arranges it to be able to dramatically convey the feeling and emotion to us. @@mortenBP Actually she was 10. Her family did not want it released, A lot of guesses why but no reason was ever given. 2018 was the year it was leaked. Just like AGT 2020 was when she was 13 as it was recorded in 2019. She is still amazing at any age.

Angelina is 10 years old here (almost 11) , but the "Leaked" demo was released (not by her) when she was 12 (almost 13). That's why you see some footage of her when she is a little older. FYI Brandon Lowry (Baby FuzZ) wrote this with several other writers. And not only did he Not ask Angelina to cut a demo, he knew nothing about it. It was the other writers who ask her to make this demo, and possibly one of them "leaked" it, because Angelina didn't release this performance. Brandon owns the copyright, and hence, only he had the right to release it first. Be that as it may, her performance is still a home run. Truly, one of her best. This was recorded when Angie was 10 almost 11 (it was used as a demo).The rumor was her mom (Sara) didn't like the suicide content references in the song so it was never released. This song is by Brandon Lowry better known as Sterling Fox & aka Baby Fuzz & co-writers Aksel Carlson, Ronny Janssen, and Frida Amundsen (& they have worked with Angie before). Baby fuzz did this during a music workshop back in 2016 in Norway, (for Angie is kind of like friends with Aksel Carlson, Ronny Janssen, and Frida Amundsen & they all know each other. For like I said they have worked together before, this is how Angie might of got the song for they were all at said work shop at different times) Here’s a little bit of what BF said about the song: “Now I’m super happy nobody else took it, because it feels 100% honest to what I was feeling at that time. A fun line in the second verse deals with impulsive swiping of potential Tinder matches. It’s not even to find someone to match with. It’s just a cyclical behavior of rejecting others in an attempt to affirm an old flame that will never work. It’s actually the whole idea of the song… I’m just delusionally holding out in some monk-like vow of abstinence and loyalty that is incredibly self-destructive”-BF (No one was interested at the time) then Angie did the demo of it in 2016 & it was leaked 2 years later in Nov 2018. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful reaction to Angelina. By now the ladies have found out she was 10 years old when she recorded this and, as we all know, they will continue to be blown away by Angelina. They have probably listened to her version of Bohemian Rhapsody already and why do I suspect half the people at the Ohio event have now discovered Angelina. Girls, Jared and Jordan have heard quite a bit of Angelina's work and I can only imagine the conversation you guys had "off the air". One subject I would like to comment on because the issue was raised in the conversation you had after the video played out, was how she is able to feel the emotion of moments that she could never have had experienced in her young life. The essence of Angelina is "love" and she will always find the message of love in any song. She may even rearrange the lyrics somewhat to put emphasis on the emotion of the song so, whatever the particular references in the song are, situations she has never been confronted with, she relates to the message of love and when we listen to her we can feel the love in her voice. And, btw, in our hearts, as well. Girls, she touched you within the first 10 seconds of the song, yes? Please enjoy her, all of us around the world, her 'angels', are so happy for you! Finally, early in 2018, I kind of came to the realization that the demo was pretty strong with my vocal. At the point, I went back in on the production and kind of took it over the finish line.
