The Major branches of HR: 1. Recruitment and staffing 2. Compensation and benefits 3. Employee relations 4. Learning and Development 5. Labour law, compliance and IR 6. Culture and Satisfaction
@NIG 56 so you are going to be alone in your company? Hiring and training are most important parts of HR so, without it you won't be able to hire correct people, or communucate with them. Like functions of Management. Organizing, planning, directing and controlling
Thank God I've found this. As a business student I have to admit that sitting home watching a lecture on RU-vid somehow helps me absorb knowledge much more efficiently than in class. Or maybe you're just better than my teacher.
Can anyone help me out by giving me the mandatory subject list . And which subjects r most difficult in mba HR from a n Australia n University. From where can I get to the point answers about the difficult subjects.?
I am graduating with a BBA in Human Resource Management from Florida International University in July of 2022. Finding this channel for future use is great. This is a great lecture! This channel will be my go to when I have questions going forward.

Here's how to make eggs: Heat olive oil in a small, non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg directly into the pan and season generously with salt and pepper. Continue cooking the egg over medium heat for about three minutes, or until the white is set and slightly crispy around the edges, but the yolk is still quite runny. Thank me later
I am from India. I found this this lecture useful especially to those who cannot afford a quality education at colleges. Thank you for uploading your effort on youtube...!!

Actually,HR in one word is like a dough with many fruits embedded in it,the way you design the item accordion the changing economica is the ultimate challenge,as the brittle days are giving rise to brittle mindset in every aspect especially in India leading less employees as lessening demographic dividend and leaving a country with vulnerable brittle unskilled labourial practice. The insight is the mould therapy to the dough, better practice would be overwhelmed.
This was the best talk I have ever heard. Armin Trost made a real great job. He spoke clearly, he could explain well and furthermore he was jokey. In addition to that, his speech was very interesting and educational. Thank you very much!

People are the heart and soul of any business. You can have all the brilliant ideas in the world, but without the right people to execute them, they're nothing more than pipe dreams.
After six years of posting this video, you were very right. HRM is now 100 % transformed with artificial intelligence. I just started new but in Dubai for HRM DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION and outsource services.
I like professor's beautiful hand writing which I think it's artistic just as the way he deliberates his lecture teaching. There's a saying: 'you're what you write'. How you write determines your personality and attribute, as well as your level of intellect and expression in relation to your life, career and family.
First I would like to say thank you very much for your nice induction about human resources. Really it's very useful lecture that boosts the knowledge and learning skills.
