Appreciated , I am a clinical Pharmacist by profession in foreign and here i have more clinical rules ,here we are not limited to dispensing . Some time we have to deal direct with patients because of some personal issues they can not visit physicians even they have serious health problems and we refer them for further investigation i.e lab test , X ray etc but they refuse still we clinical Pharmacists have good background of general medicines and we have to go for empirical therapy . How ever I appreciate your contribution of sharing knowledge and experience with medical professionals and it would be more good if you discuss every case with respect to surgery as well . Thank You.

Excellent, this is what we were taught in late eighties but these days things have gone up side down doctors go for unnecessary investigations and even make a wrong diagnosis.
