Eyyy you are crushing it. Knee flying is a weird one, it will just click one day so don't worry about it. It is good you are learning it a lot of people do not even bother!!

You're not kidding! It took a while for me to be able to bend my knees and then one day I just did it! It was an amazing feeling

Thank you for posting. It is really helpful to see the difference between a student and a coach. Knees forward is a challenge.

Is it ever... When I'm in the wind, I think I'm doing exactly what he's doing and wondering why I can't get my feet down or keep my knees forward. Looking at the video after tells me a different story
