Hi, When the subscriber provides/updates the details for profile and preference attributes, where will be the inputs updated ( i mean where and which list will capture this details) and how this info is used for further sending/ segmenting the subscribers preferences.

What is your thoughts on using HTML vs template/amp script? I have experience in Eloqua using htmls. And my new company uses SFMC and Salesforce support deploy their email. Now I have to take on the execution but not sure if I ask my agency to create html or use template based instead ? if that’s easier to leverage Einstein features?

very nice content. i need to understand on the dynamic sender profiles, like if i have audience from multiple languages ( EN,FR,TU...) the sender profile ( From name and from email) should be selected dynamically...like from name for english version email should be with EN from name, from name for French version email should be with FR from name....

Thanks for the presentation,. Q- Is there any code we need to insert in the email template to track if the email is opened? I am sending the email via JB, but tracking information is not coming. Q- No publication lists are associated with this Data Extension - How to overcome this error, I believe I associated the publication list in JB.
