very nice lecture, yes , but the posterior chamber lies in anterior segment between the iris and the lens and the posterior segment lies behind the lens and has the vitreous humor, u had accidentally called the posterior segment as the posterior chamber.

one more point, I think the ciliary muscle when actively pulls the lens it becomes convex and when the ciliary muscle relaxes the lens is flattened unlike in the lecture.
no, this is a common misconception. The ciliary muscle stretches the lens when relaxed. Have to agree, it is kinda weird and counterintuitive but that's how it works :D
