No… the growth pattern of the face is determined by genetics

@@PaulCoceancig a deepbite means a short convex face because the upper teeth are bigger than lower or they overlap the lower teeth

@@a3403567 no… it means a small lower jaw, and where the upper front teeth instead of protruding forward and supporting the upper lip… the front teeth lean inwards and downwards and cover the already set back lower front teeth… this is called a deep overbite and technically it is due to a small lower jaw, and a dental development of an abnormal arch shape of the upper jaw… The crowding that occurs in the upper jaw jaw can lead to small or absent development of lateral incisors, and impacted upper canines too But the root cause… is the genetically predisposed size and smallness of the front part of the lower jaw… called AMHypo

@@brysinjacob8070 It's always good for me to realize that I'm still alive. ;) No, didn't get the surgery. I don't think there's a medical professional willing to do it and I've been informed that doing it would result in only temporary joy as the results would be very unstable (loss of teeth, etc.).
